At Caddo Frisco Westridge, there’s no long-term lease required. Give 60 days’ notice and you’re done. No penalties, no buyouts, no lawyer required.
Most members are small business owners and independent professionals whose space needs change as their business does. Many competitors offer their best pricing only when you commit to one to three years. We offer the same pricing on day one.
If you need to leave before your 60-day notice is up and we find a replacement member, we’ll pro-rate your remaining rent. Some locations have waiting lists that make this happen quickly.
