Where we were.

Caddo Holdings, LLC was established in 2009 by Justin Engler, Dustin Schilling and Tim Slaughter. They began re-positioning 80’s vintage office buildings in the Dallas-area. After running this successful business model for nearly 10 years, the team saw that the office market was beginning to change and recognized the need for flexibility in office space lease structure for small businesses especially.

Where we are.

To meet the growing demand for flexible office space for small businesses, the Caddo team purchased three existing offices, known at the time as Yeager Office Suites. Rebranded Caddo Office Reimagined in January of 2020, the company continues to grow with its ninth location opening in North Tarrant County in the Fall of 2024.

At Caddo, we’re more than just building office spaces where businesses can do their best work, we’re dedicated to caring for our people and their businesses.

What's with the name?

It might sound silly, but Caddo is actually named after a loyal and courageous dog known to chase lake-dwelling alligators away from family and friends. The steadfast and trustworthy qualities of Caddo aligned perfectly with the type of business we wanted to run. The rest was history!
