How the commission works
The program is built to be simple and predictable.
You submit a lead. We respond quickly with availability and set a tour. We take excellent care of the client and keep you in the loop. If they sign and pay their first month at a participating location, you earn a commission.
Commission is typically $500 to $1,000 per suite depending on the property and suite type. The exact amount is confirmed in writing when the lead is registered. If a client takes multiple eligible suites, commission is paid per suite based on the agreed amount for that location.
Once the agreement is signed and the first month is paid, we process the commission promptly according to the program terms.
