Caddo Frisco has completed interior renovations transforming the coworking and member common areas.
Our Frisco location recently underwent a dramatic transformation! After renovating the lobby and front desk area, interior designer Kim Gill with Seventy Sixty-One Design, completely re-envisioned the Social Member “cubicle” area, allowing for more open, aesthetically pleasing work environment. Additionally, two “phone booths” were installed, allowing members some privacy when needing to make a call. Finally, all conference rooms have been completely updated, allowing members to meet in comfortable, attractive, and professional settings.
This Caddo location was an acquisition from Yeager Office Suites in 2022 and was scheduled for planned upgrades in 2023. Work is continuing to upgrade and modernize the member restrooms in January of 2024. All of our upgrades are in an effort to keep our buildings modern, clean, and fresh for our members and prospects who are soon to be members. We are so excited to see the transformation of this community for small business owners in West Frisco.
