DALLAS – Caddo Offices is growing with its first location in Tarrant County.
Caddo Offices is now working on a large office in North Richland Hills. The more than 40,000-square-foot flexible office space will be on Davis Boulevard, according to planning documents filed with the state. The two-story office space is set to open later this year.
Caddo Offices one of several flexible office companies growing their footprints in North Texas. Dallas-Fort Worth is one of the country’s fastest-growing coworking markets, with more than 121 office centers.
Caddo Offices currently has eight locations across North Dallas, with the most recent location opening in South Plano in Fall 2022.
