Yes! Every Caddo location is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, ice machine and filtered water station.
While our Coworking Membership does provide unlimited access to common areas at all 10 buildings, we have a variety of options, depending on your needs at the time. Below are options, listed from least private to most private:
- Grab a booth, workstation, or semi-enclosed table. All good options for some basic visual privacy.
- Look for nooks and crannies in our buildings. We offer “perch” spaces on many second floors, intended for more quiet and private work. We also have tables and chairs tucked into corridors of our building for those who don’t want to be among the crowd.
- Phone booths aren’t just for Superman! We have at least 2 phone booths at all Caddo locations. These are first come, first served and do not cost any credits. These rooms are small and not meant to be camped out in all day, rather to take a zoom call or two between other work.
- Conference rooms – our smaller conference rooms are a great productivity “hack” and you can self-book them by the hour, for only 20 credits per hour.
- Dedicated coworking member office – these are fully furnished, fully decorated, and fully private offices that can give you just the productivity boost you need. These rooms are only for Coworking Members, cost 15 credits per hour (4 hour minimum), with a max charge of 80 credits if booking for a full day. This means that, with your 160 credits per months, you can get 2 full days of private office time a month, at no extra charge. Also, since you are a member and have access to the building 24/7, you can book your chunk of time anytime that your schedule requires.
- Caddo has 49 meeting rooms throughout its 10 locations in DFW.
- Meeting rooms typically come in one of 3 sizes:
- A large 20-30 person room suitable for training, networking groups, or larger team meetings (40 credits per hour). The tables and chairs are on wheels, allowing for maximum flexibility in setup.
- A medium 8-10 person room suitable for an executive team meeting or group interview (20 credits per hour).
- A smaller meeting room (4-6 person) – great for interviews, private work sessions, and brainstorming on the whiteboard.
- All rooms have TVs visible to the entire room, with wifi connectivity to cast presentations via Miracast or Airplay, without any special hardware or software required.
- We do not offer catering services, so you can save $$ by bringing your own food and drink, using Door Dash or UberEats, or picking up coffee and bagels before that morning huddle. We just ask that you leave the room clean and neat as you found it and dispose of all food in the kitchen area.
- On a limited basis, each location has extra mailboxes with unique suite numbers. We make these available to Coworking Members for an additional $100 per month.
- This provides the credibility of a real business address without the cost of a full-time, fully-private office suite.
- These mailboxes are managed by the USPS and receive USPS mail only.
- Many of our members find this arrangement to be much more professional than listing a home address or UPS store address as their business location.
