What do I need to consider when choosing a location?
Many times, our members seek to find the Caddo nearest their home, for maximum convenience. Some members live in between several locations and have their choice, based on best commute, access to other neighborhood amenities, or the availability and cost of the private offices.
If you are a small business, you may be looking to locate near your customers. Having an address in the neighborhood of the customers that you serve can really help your search engine optimization. Many Caddo locations are in denser suburbs with high incomes and education levels which allows our members to show up in web searches and be convenient for their customers.
If you are a team of people who want to enjoy the camaraderie and productivity of in-person officing, you may be looking for a location that is in-between the home locations of several people.

How flexible is my membership across locations?
When you are a social or office member, you will have access 24/7 (via the Caddo app) to all Caddo locations. Also, using the app, you can book any of the 45 conference rooms. Phone booths are available to members on a first come, first served basis and are meant for private calls or zoom meetings.
