New perks for Coworking Members started in late 2025—and they might just be useful for your team too.
Starting September 1, private day offices will be available exclusively to Caddo Coworking Members. These offices can be booked with credits through your member portal, just like meeting rooms.
No more one-off day office rentals. This change helps us keep Caddo spaces consistent, secure, and community-focused—because now, every person in a day office is a member.
“Wait… I already have an office. Why does this matter to me?”
Great question. Here’s the thing we’re hearing more and more:
“I’ve got a team member who works hybrid… they don’t need a full office, but I want them working somewhere better than a coffee shop.”
Enter the upgraded Coworking Membership.
- In addition to 24/7 access to all our common areas, It now includes on-demand access to private offices (via credits).
- It’s perfect for contractors, part-time staff, or remote employees who occasionally need a quiet, professional space.
- And yes, they still get access to community events, networking, and coffee (because we know that matters, too).
By making this change, we’re not just tightening up operations—we’re making it easier for your business to scale and flex.
Booking Details:
- 4-hour minimum per booking
- 15 credits per hour
- Only Social Members can reserve these day offices
- 80 credits for a full day booking – 2 full days of private office time included in your monthly coworking membership fee
