DALLAS – Caddo Office Reimagined is your neighborhood office solution, a place that allows members the ability to work near their home, but not at their home. To meet the needs of small businesses and local offices with fewer than 10 people, Caddo offers private office suites organized around shared common amenities such as conference rooms, cafes and waiting areas. Caddo’s solution provides a place to get stuff done and be home for dinner in an environment of comfort, functionality and whimsy.
“This office concept is unique in that it provides the flexibility of a no-term lease, with 60-days cancellation notice at any time” said Tim Slaughter, a founder of the company. “Many small business owners, especially through the pandemic, found themselves committed to longer-term leases that did not allow them to adjust to new economic circumstances. Our members were able to flex up and down in a manner that best suited their business.”
The Lakewood location is unique amongst the other Caddo Office Reimagined properties in that it is an adaptive re-use of a former bank building that was later turned into a large medical space. The Gaston building boasts some incredible historic features, including split levels, terrazzo floors and original mid-century styled railings.
Caddo Office Reimagined plans to continue expanding with additional locations across North Texas.
