Social Membership FAQ

At Lakewood and Mapleshade, you can use your conference room credits to book the social member day office through the building manager. Each hour in the social member day office is one-half an hour of conference room time, meaning you can book up to 16 hours per month of day office time, if that is all you are using your credits for.

Yes, with only 15 days notice. If you cancel to lease an office suite with us, we will waive the notice requirement.

Yes, all locations have a minimum of two and some have as many as four.  These are designed for use by members who need privacy for a phone/Zoom call and available on a first come, first serve basis. Our building managers will help to police any overuse by a single member or all day “squatting.”

Yes. We have launched a Meetings Membership option that will allow you to book up to 32 hours of conference room time (standard conference room size) or 16 hours in large conference room time within a 12 month period. This membership is a one-time fee of $1199 and perfect for those who are hosting quarterly meetings or just needing a large conference room for a day or two. If you need more credits, you can buy them for $20 per hour for a standard conference room or $40 per hour for a large conference room.

Yes. Simply book the conference room you need, and you will be billed $20 per hour for a standard conference room or $40 per hour for a large conference room.
