DALLAS – Caddo Office Reimagined purchased a property owned by Yeager Office Suites. The property, which will be rebranded as Caddo Office Reimagined, is located at 2770 Main Street, Frisco, Texas and contains more than 150 individual office suites.
Caddo Office Reimagined previously purchased three operating buildings in North Texas, located in Allen, McKinney and North Plano, from Yeager Office Suites in July 2019. The Frisco property was the last property owned by Yeager Office Suites in North Texas. Yeager Office Suites is not affiliated with Caddo Offices Reimagined and continues to operate properties in Indiana.
In addition to completing acquisitions of existing buildings, Caddo is expanding by renovating existing buildings and acquiring land sites on which to develop new buildings. In June 2021, Caddo completed a renovation of a building it acquired in the Lakewood neighborhood of Dallas. In October 2021, Caddo completed a development on a site it acquired in Flower Mound, Texas. The Frisco location will be the sixth fully operating building for the North Texas-based neighborhood office provider. The seventh location is under construction on Mapleshade Lane in South Plano just off the George Bush Tollway between U.S. Highway 75 and the Dallas North Tollway and is scheduled to open in the fall of 2022.
